Plan for movie dates with your children at home. Ask them to skip video games and join you for a movie date in your living room! It will strengthen your relationship with your child. Get your child to exercise with you. Exercise is one of the most suitable ways to help your body function well. In addition, daily moderate exercise will help you sleep better. Sleeping can be a challenging task, especially if you are living in a global pandemic. Hence, moderate exercise will help you and your little ones to stay healthy, mentally and physically.
