No one can have such a profound impact on the psyche of a small girl than words of her teachers. Words of encouragement or derision stay with the child and shape her personality as she grows up. 

Every child watches with wonder as life rolls out before her eyes. She is not aware or does not feel conscious about what makes her unique. All she needs is the love and encouragement of people around her.
