Monument Valley II is a sequel to highly successful Monument Valley (more than 3 crore downloads).
This sequel has a stronger story element than the original. It features a mother / daughter duo with the character of mother pivotal in the story. The artwork also mirrors the moods associated with the storyline – for example, a sequence where mother and daughter are separated is presented in grey!
All the changes/ refinements are based on feedback by players of MV-1 and the original developers who suggested that the story should also keep pace with the changes in their age and profile. The developers also wanted the mother to be “very influential and powerful” within the sequel.
