For most of us, career means a steady job – start at an entry level position and as you gain experience and maturity, take on larger role in the organization. But times are changing.
Rapid advancements in technology, use of artificial intelligence, flexible jobs and trans-border collaborations, now mean that many skillsets and jobs could become obsolete within a few years.
Another major challenge will come from increased longevity; people would need to keep working longer to support themselves. Be smart, understand this reality and plan your career well. Always remember that enhancement of technical skills is critical.
